Doug thank you for the years that you gave to the girls, they appreciated it and I really appreciated all the time that you put in with me. So many times we do not show our appreciation often enough, then it becomes to late to tell you face to face. Doug you will be missed greatly, and your shoes will be oh so hard to fill. But thank you for the embedded courage that you left in each of us that you came in touch with. To continue and complete what short time we have left together as a team. Whether it is the players that take the opportunity to finish their young short summer ball career to the fullest or the coaches enjoying the fulfillments and rewards of coaching.
